A practical approach
Built around the accounting result and the people who own it
We collect the name, company, phone number, email address, requested service, project details, source page, and referral information submitted through the consultation form. This information is transmitted through Google Apps Script and stored in a private Google Sheet so we can review and respond to the business inquiry. It is not sold and is retained only as reasonably needed for inquiry follow-up, business records, dispute prevention, and legal obligations. Requests to access, correct, or delete inquiry information can be sent to [email protected]. Project-specific access to accounting data is governed separately by the applicable proposal, agreement, and security procedures.
Google Apps Script and Google Sheets are used to transmit and store form submissions
Sensitive accounting files should only use a separately agreed secure transfer method

Common questions
Before you get started
How does a privacy policy engagement begin?+
We begin with a focused discovery conversation and request only the information needed to understand the current environment, desired outcome, dependencies, and deadline. You receive a proposed scope before project work begins.
How long should we plan for?+
Timing depends on data volume, process complexity, availability of decision-makers, testing, and any firm cutover window. After discovery, we provide milestones and identify the client inputs that affect the schedule.
How are financial data and production systems protected?+
We define access, backup, test, transfer, validation, and retention procedures for the engagement. Production changes are planned, source data is preserved, and sensitive files should be exchanged only through an agreed secure method.
